That’s Caravan Cantina: Hotel June’s taqueria and bar, nestled across a sun-soaked terrace overlooking the pool, where tacos come straight off the grill, the drinks are always cold, and the coastal Mexican flavors are worth every detour. The menu draws from the bright, coastal cooking of Baja: fresh fish tacos, octopus aguachile tostadas, ceviche, and snacks made for the table. Wash it down with a frozen margarita, a cold cerveza, or something from the spirit-free menu that’s actually worth ordering.
And if you time it right there’s Golden Hour. Enjoy half-off draft beer, $12 signature cocktails, and $5 single tacos served Sunday through Friday from 3–6pm and Saturday from 3pm to close. The kind of happy hour that actually lives up to its golden name.
