Meet Chef Angie Lee

Introducing Angie Lee — our Chef de Cuisine at Hotel June! With a career that began at Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena and led her to an externship at the three-star Michelin Restaurant Martin Berasategui in Lasarte, Spain. Lee previously served as Chef de Cuisine at Santa Monica Proper, and held culinary positions at esteemed hotels like the Peninsula Beverly Hills, and the Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons Hotel. We’re thrilled to have her expertise as part of the Caravan Swim Club family, and were excited to catch up with her for a quick-fire questionnaire on all things front of mind.
