The Kia Forum

Discover Kia Forum: Your Guide to Upcoming Events, Activities, and Dining

For nearly 50 years, the Kia Forum has been a go-to destination for travelers and locals alike to experience unforgettable performances, sporting events, and history-in-the-making. Look forward to experiencing it all on your next stay in West LA.

A Los Angeles Lineage

The Forum opened in 1967 and quickly became the go-to destination for major sporting events and live music concerts.

Upon opening, The Forum became the home for the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team and the Los Angeles Kings hockey team, and has gone on to host everything from tennis to boxing, auto racing to the 1984 Summer Olympics.

Notable musical acts have also flooded to The Forum during world concert tours, including names like Queen, The Jackson 5, David Bowie, and Jimi Hendrix, who all performed at the height of their careers. Prince played 21 consecutive shows in 2011; Michael Jackson rehearsed at the venue for the This Is It concert series; Harry Styles played a 15-night residency in 2022. In 2028, it will play host to a range of gymnastics events in the LA Summer Olympics.

An Ideal Location:

Located in Inglewood, The Kia Forum (renamed in 2022) is in close proximity to SoFi Stadium, the Hollywood Park Casino—and is just three miles (4.8 km) east of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

While you’re in the neighborhood, be sure to experience some of the diverse nearby offerings & local restaurants, including Dulan’s Soul Food Kitchen, serving soul food in a cafeteria-style environment since 1999, and Little Belize Restaurant, offering authentic Belizean dishes.

Allow Hotel June to be your home base for visits to the Forum—just 5.4 miles (8.4 km) west of the arena, we’re also home to the Baja-inspired Caravan Swim Club, the perfect destination for handcrafted cocktails or shareable fare before or after a night out.

Coming Up:

2024 brings another exciting lineup of live events to the Kia Forum, including five nights of Madonna’s “The Celebration Tour” in March, plus more upcoming shows from Bruce Springsteen, Janet Jackson, Ive, Itzy, New Kids on the Block, and more.

For comedy lovers, Gabriel Iglesias brings his comedy show on February 14 and Jo Koy makes a two-night stop on his tour on February 16 and 17. Netflix is a Joke Fest will also host a series of specials at the venue in May—kicking off with a roast of Tom Brady.
