The breezy Baja-inspired Caravan Swim Club is our poolside gathering place for everything from cabana drinks to fire pit gatherings, creative meetings to laid-back lounging. Spend the day by the pool enjoying cocktails and music or relax on the elevated terrace — and enjoy the view with house favorites like local caught grilled fish, organic steaks, seasonal salads, bright oysters from our raw bar, and shareable snacks paired with biodynamic wines, craft beer, and small-batch tequilas.

ABOUT THE CHEF: ANGIE LEE

Chef Angie Lee is the culinary force behind dining at Hotel June — A Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over a decade of experience in restaurants around the world, including a coveted role at Martin Berasetegui’s Michelin star-rated restaurant in La Sarte, Spain. In Los Angeles she led kitchens at the Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel and the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons. We’re honored to have her vision at the front of Hotel June, pairing the vibrancy of California ingredients with the bold flavors of Northern Mexico.
