Hotel Policy

Cancellation Policy

New Reservations:
For guests making new reservations on or after July 6 for arrival dates through September 30, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations with pre-paid rates will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

For guests making new reservations for arrival dates on or after October 1, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation will apply.

Existing Reservations:
For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, the policies that were in place at the time of reservation, or as previously communicated, will continue to be honored. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences. You can modify your existing reservation in the booking engine (below the calendar, bottom right – select “Modify/Cancel Reservation”) or by contacting our teams on property as follows:


Third Party Reservations:
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

Some exclusions may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand weeks. Please refer to individual property rate rules for details.
For individual reservations booked into a pre-existing group block, please refer to cancellation terms quoted at the time of reservation. For more information, please contact the group organizer or the hotel.

Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer/hotel for more information.

Guaranteed Reservations

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, $75/day will be authorized on your credit card.


Arrivals & Departures

Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you (based on availability) – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, there is a fee of one night’s stay plus tax.


Taxes & Fees

Room rates are subject to a nightly California room tax of 15.695%.
3% Wellness Surcharge is applied at check-in. Daily Amenity fee of $15 (plus tax) which includes:

  • Premium Wi-Fi throughout the property
  • Complimentary Bikes (upon request)
  • Pool access at Caravan Swim Club
  • In room Garment Steamer
  • Nespresso machine (upon request)
  • Curated minibar options
  • 24 Hour Fitness Center Access


Pet Policy

We love your furry friends and they are definitely welcome at Hotel June. Plus with every pet stay, June will help a pet in need. 10% of your pet fee gets donated to the Best Friends Animal Society.

Please note our pet fee/policy includes:

  • $35 supplementary room charge per night (per pet)
  • 2 pets max
  • Max weight of 35 lb per pet
  • Sorry, no cats
  • Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning or damages that occur


Smoking Policy

Hotel June is a non-smoking hotel. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in any public area, food and beverage outlet or guest rooms. A smoking cleaning fee of $400 will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.


Parking Policy

Overnight hotel guests – $36 (tax inclusive total) per night, per vehicle.

Special Room Options

Cribs & Rollaways

Complimentary cribs can be provided by request. Rollaways are available for $25/night (maximum 1 per King/room). Available in select rooms & suites.


Connecting Rooms

We offer two bedroom studio suites that are connecting. These studios connect a King to a Double Queen.

Room Service

We are not currently offering room service.



Hotel June is conveniently located on Lincoln Blvd. We are located 5 minutes from Playa Del Rey Beach, Playa Vista (Silicon Beach), Otis college of Art and Design, and Loyola Marymount University, and 10 minutes from Venice, Marina Del Rey, and Culver City.

UBER/LYFT/TAXI: LAX International Airport (Code LAX), is approximately 2 miles from the hotel. The uber/taxi cost for transportation to the hotel is typically $15-25.
